Jamaica - Power outages and Internet disruptions
Jamaica Post wishes to inform the designated operators of UPU member countries that it has been experiencing intermittent power outages and internet disruptions since the morning of Monday 15th May 2017.
The situation has severely affected mail processing operations and the requisite transmission of EDI messages. In addition, access to the Global Customer Service System (GCSS) and other online tools has been disrupted.
Jamaica Post sincerely apologises for the inconvenience caused and will inform designated operators once the situation has returned to normal.
